Bowser Jr. would be a good guy if Bowser encouraged him to be one. He thought Mario was the villain in Sunshine and he tried acting heroically in the M&S Olympics game for the 3DS.

I believe Peach also mentioned that Bower was a bad influence in Fortune Street.

He definitely acts spoiled, though, going by the video that the OP is from. Bowser is probably a pretty chill dad (at least in the, "single father who doesn't know how to raise a kid and just gives him what he wants"), but he definitely treats Jr. way too much like a prince without deserving the royal privileges.
