8th gen needs to have a game where it's sold from the outset as an event where all players take part in a large scale event to fight an alien race or to build a kingdom while some nigger army is trying to invade or to reenact WW2 and actually kill 6 million Jews or something like that.

I don't even care if someone rips off this idea because I would probably never bother to actually make it happen.

After a certain point the servers would be shut down and the game taken completely offline. The only thing that would remain is the lost of players who took part and their own personal achievement.

This is a better idea than you've seen in the last 20 years of vidya and you fucking know it.
