Picked this puppy up during the Steam sale after selling my original disc, finally going for a rogue/archer this time. Really enjoy going fast and doing absurd damage -- which is better, staying as a Strider, or branching out to Ranger/Mystick Archer?

the spell isn't that useful anyway so I just let him keep it.

I hate mystic archer personally, but really enjoy ranger.
All the blue classes tend to be a lot of holding buttons for a while then doing decent damage. They're good but unfun imo. Both Strider and Ranger are pretty dope, but assassin with sword/bow is my favorite without a doubt.

I actually started over twice already for the same reason. The first was because I didn't know the game would auto save after using the last checkpoint feature. The second time was due to not liking how my character looked.

I haven't gotten into mods yet outside of obligatory nude mod for armor shenanigans.

So I've seen a lot of discussion on how bad Bitterblack is on Hard, and how you need to do a bunch of ass-backwards class swaps to get the most out of your stat growths. Is it *really that bad?
