Honestly the only reason i prefer LOL over Dota 2 is that in lol anything over 40 minutes is considered a long game.
And you have the option to end shitty unwinnable games by surrendering in under 16-20 minutes.
And average games last under 40 minutes.

While in dota i have yet to play a mach that lasted less than 30 minutes even when its literally 100% unwinnable.
And 90% of my games last over 50 minutes and you can add the long wait times and long pre match hero select phase to this making every game last over 1 hour.

Lol is just a better time waster than Dota 2.

I stopped playing ether in ranked when i realized how stupid expecting to measure ones skill in a game is when you literally make up 10% of the games contribution.
Nowadays i dont give a fuck if i win or lose i just play to kill time.

Fighting games are way better as skill based PVP games anyway.

I don't really prefer playing hard carries, but it's about the payoff, rather than the process. Playing Medusa and farming so hard the enemy thinks it's a 5v4 is worth it when you pop out of the jungle with 4 skaadis and a manta style.

Lots of 7.00's problems have been fixed or rolled back. The new HUD isn't hiding almost everything under the alt key anymore, jungle spawns are back to 1 minute, the XP and gold curves got unfucked, and shrines got a pretty hefty nerf.

So they basically undid everything about 7.00 except changing the HUD slightly? I was actually thankful for 7.00 because it ended my addiction of Dota.
