So i have been looking for a gaming pc that can run games like Player Unknown Battlegrounds, and AAA games like BF or COD. Are the soecs on this PC good enough for that? https://m.newegg.com/products/N82E16883230168
>>
>>384720921
>1050ti
>AAA games
no

Also it's out of stock
>>
>>384721158
What would i have to change to be able to play AAA games?
>>
>>384721490
I'd recommend a 1060 if you're at 1080p at least though they're overpriced to 300+ right now.

Build your own retard it's like putting lego together, even niggers can do it.
>>
Are I7 worth the price?
>>
>>384720921
Build your PC yourself.
It's easy and will save you hundreds of bucks at best. And get ya a better machine too.

That thing of yours is totally overpriced. I wouldn't pay more than 500 bucks for it.
>>
>>384721760
Are you a video editor, 3D modeler, Photoshopper, and general multitasker?

If not, then no.
>>
Alright i guess i will try and build my own then, what specs should i be looking for?
>>
>>384721760
Not unless you already own a Z-series MOBO, and you're upgrading from like a i3 to a i7. Otherwise just go Ryzen and get a 1600 or 1700 if you really need dem coars
>>
>>384721936
What's a good, not too pricey cpu then?
>>
>>384721947
Depends on your performance goals.

The good ol' 1080p at 60fps is still more than enough for most people, especially for first timers, and will be notably easier and cheaper to achieve than, say, 4K or 144fps.

For that, you only need mid-tier specs. I'd recommend Nvidia GPU + Intel CPU. Even the modern "low end" components can be quite amazing for their price these days.

Look up some "(Budget)$ gaming PC 2017" videos on Youtube, and the Logicalincrements.com site. Then start doing your own research on best deals in your own area / country.

I'd say Intel i3 + 8GB RAM + GTX 1050ti + 450W "80+ Bronze" PSU would be a safe minimum nowadays.

>>384722327
R1500/1600, or the Kabylake Pentiums if you need poorfag CPU.
>>
>>384722327
Intel G4560.
Next would be the i3. Any model released after the 2400 model.

If you wanna play it safe, grab the i5. Even the years old 2500K would do just great today.

>>384722501
What about AMD?
>>
>>384722778
Do you like house fires and shit performance in everything?
>>
>>384722501
Not any of those anons, but a friend offered me some pc parts from his old pc at a really good price, and my (old) pc would become i3 2120, gts 450, 6gb ram, corsair 500 w, hdd 2tb. Is it any good, considering if i want to play medium graphics above 30 fps at older games? I have even seen youtube videos of modern games in good quality with these specs.
>>
>>384722902
>Ryzen
>housefires and shit performance
That's not Oil Lake-X
>>
>>384723591
you can play just about anything with those specs. Yes, your machine will be quite underwhelming by modern standards, but at the same time you can easily upgrade it up to modern requirements for dirt cheap. Something like GTX 1050ti 4GB would instantly allow you to play everything at High to Ultra settings at 60fps.

Just last fall, I found this old, refurbished PC from my local recycling center, for mere 130€. It's all around quite old, with Core2Duo clocked at 3.66Ghz, 6GB older DDR2 RAM, and GTX 750 1GB. However, it's performance exceeded all my expectations, being able to run some modern-ish stuff, like MGS5 and Talos Principle, smoothly at 1080p and high-ish settings.
>>
>>384723591
Any game should run fine at 720p or even 900p.
A huge majority even at 1080p. Don't set anything to "Ultra", and learn what different graphical options mean and affect the performance & looks, and you can tweak just about any game to run great, without making 'em look shit.

Later on, consider upgrading CPU to i5 2500K or even i7 2600K. The 3000-series' CPUs also use the same socket.
8GB or more RAM can also help a bit, but anything over 4GB is still good enough.
Finally, a newer GPU, even a lower-end things like GTX 750ti or 1050/Ti, would be huge yet effective upgrades.

>>384724335
Glad to know anon, and congratulations on your lucky find! I know a tech guy whos checking the parts to see if they are worth it(i.e. they aint breaking in 3 months time).out of curiosity, how undewhelming are you saying? Im trying to play things like deus ex hr, darksiders at least above 30 fps, and make pcsx2 more reliable to play personas. Mgrr at 60 fp would be awesome.
>>
>>384721760
Nope
1600 ryzen unless a 6700k is on offer
>>
>>384724335
Forgot to ask, what about bottleneck with the gtx? Quite new at pcs.
>>
>>384723591
the gts 450 is worth about $0

1-2gb gpus cannot play modern games without constant texture issues. with a 1080p display, even on low settings, you will be at risk of using all the VRAM and get pops/stutter vision

only esports type things are optimized for 2gb vram anymore.
