The list is just an opinion poll, so more recent entries are still going to be very high up. You don't really get a proper re-evaluation of a title in the public sphere for a good few months after they release, upwards of even about a year. I think P5 may stay on the list, but it's gonna drop down a few ranks as time goes on. The older titles are probably more accurate as to what's really stuck.
