Expect the following:
>weak gunplay (unsatisfying sounds and weight behind the weapons. Also, feedback whether you hit an enemy is sub par or almost non existent)
>Painkiller esque arena fights (like NuDoom). So no free roaming enemies, at least not many.
>Upgrade systems for weapons and your character

I could ignore the weak gunplay and the kill rooms but putting upgrade systems into a shooter which is supposed to be (((old school))) always seems wrong to me.

I bought it for $8 on PS4.
A few hours in, but it seems to lack weapon and enemy variety. Upgrades aren't very good, and your Chi healing is a little OP so far. First actual boss is a bullet sponge too.
The aiming down sights basically guarantees a headshot too.
