I liked the first two games, never played any of the other games or dozens of 2.47689 final mix re-releases.
I don't get the hype for this series in general. It's so convoluted and dumb. It was a good premise of serious FF setting mashed up with Disney, and they handled it so poorly.

I was hyped for a SquareEnix game once, and then it turned into FFXV.

Probably like a 4. I really liked the first and second games. Then they released 30 different games on 10 platforms and none of them were KH3 so I stopped giving a shit about it. I remember the end of KH2 seeing the battlefield with all the keyblades thinking that will be cool in a few years when KH3 comes out, and then they just did remix after remix.

I want to hope this will be the game to end all arpgs, but it looks like its falling way too in line with the rest of Osaka team's garbage tropes. It cares too much on style and flashiness, and I'm so very afraid that there will be a lot of unavoidable bullshit because of it.
