Every PC/PS4 game there is PS4 exclusive in japan, which is what that post is about.

Many others have a vastly superior version on PS4 it's not even funny (pic related as an example), sure technically the 15fps downgraded Vita version with 2x longer loading times makes those games multiplat, but the experience is so bad compared to PS4's version that one wouldn't be completely wrong saying most Vita/PS4 multiplats PS4 exclusives.

And finally you have DQ11, which is also on 3DS but it's a different version of the game, the homeconsole HD version is exclusive to PS4, much like Ninokuni was different between 3DS and PS3. Until the Switch version comes out (assuming it DOES come out, and that it's tehe same build as the PS4 version) DQ11's full-fledged HD version is PS4 exclusive.

It's pretty much the perfect storm of everything going right for them.
