I'm sick and fucking tired of Cleve's bullshit. Why would he announce a release date for 7/7 when he hadn't done jack shit or checked any of the areas? It just slipped his mind and he suddenly realized that none of the areas in the game were working, a week after the game was supposed to be out. If you can even trust a work he is saying, the release is still at best 2+ weeks away, since he has all these unending issues to fix, then go through Valve, etc, etc... It just never ends.

I do not want to give him money or in any way support this kind of behavior and incompetence.

It's pretty obvious 20 years of cruft and poor design decisions isn't the easiest thing to test and fix. The game has probably 3 times the content of the Wizardry games he's ripping off .. er, inspired by. Yet the code and data is designed in a way that doesn't allow for it to scale that large.

He's not pulling off anything. The past shows use he can only work about ~5 areas per day and one post stated that he has some balancing to do and other shit as well after he finished these areas.

During this 20+ year period his "releases" has always been the same. Endless "debugging" before deadline and then... week after week of empty promises.

Can't you see he is lying or is just insane. There is not going to be any release any soon. And besides if he is actually working on it as he has stated it will take well over week to finish the rest of the areas.

I'm so done with this shit. Hope someone kills the guy or something. Valve should remove the Steam store page.

keep in mind that 7/7 release date is over a month after his delay on getting a store page from greenlight. He claimed the game was 100% done and that he was just waiting on valve to check his financial information. He then went completely silent for a few weeks and set the 7/7 release date on his game that was totally done. He keeps using the same 'oh a bunch of bugs popped up, whooops! maybe next week you guys' excuse and it's always near Friday.
