I have no reason to buy something like this. I own 70 some N64 games including pretty much everything desirable that would end up on it. No Rare besides DK64 pretty much all their good N64 games are on Rare replay. Which is kind of amusing that the current rare made a decent N64 emulator. Then some games like Turok 1/2 have remasters on the PC which are far superior to the N64 versions.

The largest N64 carts were 64MB and only a few games were that big most games are smaller its completely irrelevant with the storage sizes we have now. The biggest problem with N64 emulation is not even because it was more powerful its because the hardware had a strange architecture. Maybe if you're a poorfag.
Unless you have a N64 controller adaptor for PC and have multiplayer working properly, set up to a TV that you can play Mario Party with friends on a couch on, you're not getting the full experience through emulation.

People are able to put the entire NES library on the NES classic, but it takes a hardmod which voids the warranty and can potentially brick the system if you fuck up.
Chances are the 64 classic will have something similar.
