The pitt setting and plot were great, my main problem with it was that you never felt like you were enslaved because you could win 3 fights in the arena within like 10 minutes and be free again, and you could do it whenever you wanted, you were more or less at your leisure.

Also a really good moral dilemma about the baby, ESPECIALLY great that you were allowed to kill the resistance and return the baby to whatsisface, and he'd forgive you.

Is Fallout 4 worth playing yet? Have the mods came out to fix the game or should I Just wait for cascadia? New Vegas isn't working.

It's got an alternate start mod (Start Me Up) that also fix the dialogue so you are not a parent anymore (also has a patch for the Silent Protagonist mod)
Add in Horizon to overhaul gameplay and you should be good to go. Add in quality of life mods as you please
