Still have the Aqua Blue original 3DS. Still works perfectly too but I've been thinking about upgrading though I can't decide if it's worth it or not.

It's definitely worth it. The screens are so much more vibrant and, once you mod it with a PSP nub, the c-stick is a lot comfier.

You have to have one with manufacturing defects I believe. I've had mine since 2011 or so, been dropped several times (once while open), never had a problem still runs like day 1.
