What the fuck is up with base power management? It fluctuates randomly and starts draining like mad when I dock my seamoth to the moon pool.

It's broken. Simple as that.

Some things drain an infinite amountof power and don't recharge.

You can try deconstructing/reconstructing the thing causing the issue but it's not guaranteed to work.

I have 20-something solar panels and a bioreactor but the moon pool drains like 40p/s when something's docked (and it isn't even recharging it).
