The major problem here is that Nintendo has too many products in the market competing with each other. It's also confusing the casuals. It's not like people didnt know the Wii U exists, but the 3ds was a lot more accessible. However, now Nintendo has made a switch that is competing against their own handheld. Let's not forget the high priced NES and soon SNES classics being released. And then the whole XL 3ds, 2ds line up.
