So the nintendo online app has bren confirmed to be a disaster but from the support site we can see that even if a bluetooth headset is connrcted to the app thr game audio plays through the system or tv and if you use your phone for anything it disrupts the voice chat.

this is gonna be the nail in the coffin and i cant see any way the Switch is going to do well with such a broken online experience

Nintendo has never had good online experiences. Nintendo will survive despite how crap the switch is because they can keep selling the same games for more money and the fan boys will eat it up like they always do.
