He was knocked unconcious, and flipped around a vehicle he very well wasn't wearing a seat belt in, then he's totally fine smoking a cigar with Ocelot, which at that point the sun is rising, but when Ocelot goes back to get Venom it's night again?

And at the ending of the game you can hear a conversation Big Boss is having about a conversation that he and The Boss shared, "I need to drive out this demon inside of me" if Venom knew at this point that he wasn't truly BB, then he would know that he himself is becoming a demon, however Venom never did anything nearly as terrible as BB, so why would he think that of himself?

I heavily disagree. I started playing that recently since I skipped it. I don't regret skipping. The game is mindless and numb compared to earlier entries of the series.. Also I don't know if its a glitch but once a guard wakes up from being KO'd it seems like all the guards just stay in caution forever. Why? If they don't find you for awhile there is no reason to assume I'm there for eternity. Seems pointless.

Actually in the first games, before the solid was added and it was just metal gear, you fight a man claiming to be big boss, but in metal gear solid, boss was still alive. Venom is the medic in the helicopter, if you watch the true ending the real boss drives off on his sick bike to go into hiding, while venom drew everyone's attention, to eventually die in place of the boss at the hands of solid snake in either the first or second game (I forget which)
