How does this interact with trophies??? Can I download someone's Platinum save and get it instantly?

Not just for trophies laddie. Some games have stupid amounts of grinding to get to what you want. Dragon Ball xenoverse is a good example as you have to literally do a mission random amount of times ( usually 40+ on later missions) to unlock things like basic attacks score or skill do not impact drop rate. Some may want a yugioh game with all cards etc speaking of which I have a platinum save for legacy of duelist if anyone is Isa platinum autist but my card collection is not complete.

Depends on the game. A game like binding of Issac save = platinum a game like Witcher 3 you cannot do this as the trophies are tied to quest completion. Tldr it depends on the game
