ITT: "Oh yeah, that happened."
>hey guys how about we reboot this old PC strategy game into a derivative console fps
>>384494308
This really wasn't half as bad as you imagine.
>>384497590
It was DR4 before DR4
>>384497590
It's the first game but with worse controls and worse graphics.
I almost ruined a family vacation for playing it too long
>>384497815
then you must dislike something different about 4 than what everyone else disliked
>>384495253
this game was really good you faglord
>>384498987
lol no it was fucking terrible
>original theme song by Skrillex
I played this. Oh god.
>>384495629
I remember really liking this game when i was underage.
No idea how to launch it now. Its either crashing constantly or resolutions are fucked.
>>384494308
I remember the memes about the reduced zombies
>>384494308
I convinced a friend to buy this because I had it on Xbox 360 and he wanted a zombie game for Wii. I felt bad when I went over and watched him playing it once, didn't think it would be that gimped, I thought it would just be lower resolution or something.
>>384499160
It had awesome shooting and style and was made by starbreeze
just how tasteless are you?
UMD Movies,.
Didn't even know this released.
>>384498941
does this even hold a candle to Jak 3?
Remember when this game was super hyped up because it was going to be THE Halo killer and grand successor to the Timesplitters series.
Ok, So 300. A movie about full on battles, action and huge scenes.
Lets make it a PSP Exclusive.
>>384499465
how's the video quality on those? i've spiderman on umd which i got with psp but i don't think i ever bothered to actually watch it
>>384499835
Plenty good enough to watch. DVD like.
>>384498987
It really wasn't.
>>384499736
This game is one of the reasons why Free Radical died
>>384500057
It got remastered for PC and Xbox a couple of months back.
>>384500038
then i guess it was just that not too many people owned psp to watch movies. kind of predictable
>>384500057
Damn why is that all of Microsoft exculsives beside halo, gears and forza bomb in sales. Besides blinx no other exclusive ip they owned ever got second chance to have a sequel be made. It's like they give up on a ip but don't ever sell it off.
>>384500957
This actually also got a PC port.
>>384494308
The loading times in this thing we're so stupidly fucking long that it was painful.
>>384502589
Really not a bad game now after a year of patches and updates.
>>384494681
What happened to this game?
>>384499761
game was shit anyway
>>384494681
I will never forgive EA for this
>>384502589
it's an ok game
>>384495253
the bloom in one level was so bright it looked like the fucking sun exploded
>>384499761
SAD
>>384499557
Not remotely
>>384499186
>pre-order for doom beta
>360 version
huh. also thet port doesn't seems too bad from the gameplay videos.
>>384499186
It wasn't that bad to me even with the lowered graphics.
>>384499487
Only reason I even own this game was it was available for free one month on the Playstation Plus store. It's an alright game.
>>384503638
Follow these instructions:
-Search Overstrike trailer on youtube
-watch it
-Search Fuse trailer on youtube
-watch it while trying not to hate everyone
It already dead. Mabey next decades attempt will be better
>>384508386
>>384495629
>Remember seeing the MC of the game on magazine
>Saw the designs of of the bio suits that looked neat
>Gameplay is mostly boring cover based shooting with the dumbest AI ever and the story is so dull it would put most to sleep
>>384499186
What's wrong with it? I bought it on sale and it was pretty fun.
>>384494308
I liked it better than the original
>>384506975
The best RE4 clone. Better than Dead Space, Evil Within, or Alan Wake.
>>384508386
>>384508819
Soon lads, soon
http://www.ibtimes.com/us-military-darpa-grants-65-million-connect-human-brains-digital-devices-2564040
>A U.S. Military DARPA program is putting $65 million into the creation of an implantable device that will provide data-transfer between human brains and the digital world.
>The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the emerging technology organization under the U.S. Department of Defense, announced Monday that five research institutions and one private corporation will be recipients of the brain-to-computer research grants. The program seeks to heighten hearing, sight and other sensory perception as well as creating a digital brain implant to relay neuron transmissions directly to digital devices.
>>384510626
How soon is the waifu age lad?
>>384510364
Does this still work? I don't think they ever released it in EU or elsewhere in retail, and when I've seen it on PS/Xbox store it just says unavailable?
>>384510747
Probably 30 years away or so. So we may all be 50 years old, but we'll get at least a few decades out of it before going senile.
>>384499186
You think that's bad?
>>384511183
shit, i'm going to kill myself the next year so i can't enjoy the waifu age :(
>>384495629
This game universe is somehow related to warframe right?
>>384500057
>the trailers
>that music
I'm half tempted to get the PC rerelease based on tunes alone. Plus I always wanted to try this out back in the day.
>>384499465
harry potter umd collection haha
>>384499465
Ringers: Lord of the Fans
What is that shit??
>>384511676
Dark Sector is Warframe except suits fucked with development halfway through and demanded a setting change.
This is the first trailer, with the Grineer and Excalibur clearly visible.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7nl8890-C2w
Corporate got involved, decided the future aesthetic was overdone and gay because of Halo, and the game was completely changed to a more modern setting.

>>384510895
I found a match on PS3 a few months ago
>>384511868
A documentary about the LOTR movie series. Cosplayers etc.
>>384499465
They put Father Ted on UMD? What the fuck?
>>384512106
Theres a lot of pretty obscure random shit on UMD.
>Hey guys, should we make this one open-world like RFG:Guerilla but with better use of the engine?
>Nah just shit out a linear clusterfuck. THQ is too big to fail
>>384508521
Really wish I had tried this when it came out, heard it wasn't half bad.
>>384497590
>shit graphics
>wagglan
>significantly less zombies on the scree
Nintenlards will justify this
>>384512072
Oh that's cool. But I guess they abandoned the cross-platform thing? I have this and I wonder if I'm able to play it online on my Xbone with the backwards compability.
>>384510626
Before you get your waifu, they will turn kids into soldier zombies or just use this shit for torture by implanting horrible events into your brain until you give up.
>>384508521
i fucking love this game, i still have my turntable for it.
>>384508819
I don't get the comic. There's literally no more reasons to NOT buy the VR once the good games are out. Sadly that hasn't happened yet aside from a minor few.
>>384512853
This is the problem.
It's hard to justify the cost for what amount to mostly minigames and distractions,
>>384508521
I played this game once in an electronics store shortly after it released. No one was really trying it out so I decided to give it a spin. I picked the Marvin Gaye/Gorillaz mix and it turns out the volume was loud enough that the entire building could hear it. By the end of the song I had a small crowd behind me jamming along to it and watching me play the game. Fuck, I really wish I had been able to buy it because it was really fun.
>>384512447
They gutted the multiplayer too, when the multiplayer in RFG with the backpack system was fucking amazing.
>Dat satisfaction of combining the Rhino pack with the Sledgehammer and Juggernauting fuckers to death
>Thrust packing through ceilings to escape flanks inside buildings
>Jetpacks
>Quakepacks that fucking crumpled structures around you
Fuck what else was there?
>>384502589
Amazing game, developed by a team with great ideas but zero experience with the engine.
There's a reason why Free Radical never liked military shooters, and used their own inhouse engine.
>>384499736
Every big Playstation shooter was supposed to be a "Halo killer"
>>384510626
War has changed
literally how
>>384513609
War, War never changes.
