Shiva is easy but it's an absolute shitshow in PF, especially for first timers

So I just updated my rainbowmage with the new one from redddit which added the RDM/SAM sign and DH% too, but now it's smaller and it only show the 3 first numbers of the DPS/HPS instead of the fourths like it used to, it there a way to make it bigger?

I did Urths Fount for the first time with a DF party of newbies. Priorities? For the most part, BRD just has to press all their buttons when they come up. Have an ACT callout for when TA/Litany/Chain Strategem shows up. Embolden is obvious when it shows up on you.

If you have Raging, it takes 6 ticks of the Raging to actually produce a gain of +5 potency if you're IJing in the middle of existing DoTs. Because Raging is only 10% and the dps loss of IJing early over heavy shot is 50 potency and dots tick for 100 (110 in raging). With that in mind, it's sometimes good to keep track of TA/Embolden on the off occassions they line up so you can IJ early for a bit of gain. Chain Strategem/Litany DoTs are almost always better. You have essentially a +15% chance or +30% combined chance of getting a PP proc or BL proc. All you need is one to massive overshoot the potency loss of using IJ early. Always refresh DoTs during Chain Strategem unless the SCH placed it at the beginning of your Army's Paeon phase and you can't IJ the tail end of it while entering Minuet.

While it's best to use Raging with Minuet, don't get too autistic over it. There are also cases where you may want to not enter Minuet as soon as possible. One example being V3s' Dragon add, where delaying Minuet by ~5-10 seconds allows you to double dot and go crazy with pitch perfects. Likewise there are times where you want to start off with Army's Paeon (lakshmi) or drop a song like Paeon entirely so you can fit another Wanderer's Minuet before a downtime phase (V3s piggy/bird/frog squares).

Sometimes you get situations where WM is 5 seconds and ticking down with DoTs at 7, 3 stacks of PP are up, straighter shot proc is up with barrage and BL coming up and Embolden just started ticking and the tank needs a Palisade too, Those situations are kind of hard to parse out without experience in the class. Really the #1 issue most BRDs seem to have is dropping songs during high mechanic phases and leaking gcds.

Dragoons DPS isn't shit but I can't vouch for their playstyle being fun right now. What they need is more buff to their jumps. As of right now, Samurai has same range gap closer and leap back while DRG versions have a much longer cooldown. DRGs should be about jumping constantly, not poking shit with a lance.

Yes, with pot and the myriad of party buffs always makes it worth it. SCH should be Chaining at least 3 gcds. DRG I'm not sure since they're basically unicorns. NIN/MNK both do their buffs around the 5-6th gcd. Embolden varies for each RDM but generally that makes it into the IJ as well.

Don't have ACT on this computer but basically go to Custom Triggers. If you don't want to be spammed and you're with a static, you can just input "Scholar's name" casts Chain Strategem". Or something like that, you can ask a SCH to use it on a dummy and check the battle log for the exact text. If you don't care about when the trigger goes off, just input Chain Strategem. You can then use the Text To Speech to call it out for you, however you want, whenever it's cast.

They need potency buffs, but frankly what's hurting DRGs right now is the sheer amount of practically mandatory positionals and animation locks, also the fact you can completely get cucked out of LotD. The fact that I have to have True North on CD just so my attacks can do as much damage as other classes is a major problem.
