Are there any good Civil War games? Looking for one RTS/grand

Ultimate General: Civil War just came out of early access and it's pretty good. It's from the guy who made Ultimate General: Gettysburg but it features the whole Civil War and all the major battles.

It's all about maneuver, terrain, tech, and casualties so you don't get Total War style modeling of individual soldiers. In the campaign each side starts off with a pool of soldiers and your and the enemy's losses impact that pool. Beat the enemy hard and he won't be able to field as many troops. Take a lot of losses yourself and you can find yourself fucked in the future. It's pretty good but the AI is though. There's a helpful community on Steam and reddit for the game.
