At 1080p/60fps I can't really recommend you anything. That card will run anything you throw at it. Maybe try some shit ports like GTA4 and MAFIA3 for shit and giggles? Even at 4k you will be able to run 60fps on most games. My recommendations for 4k? Try Witcher3, Crysis3, GTA5, Far Cry 4. Deus Ex:MD and Mafia 3 are the only games that can't run 4k/60fps on a 1080ti from what I have seen. Try using demanding mods to push the card a bit further. Perhaps you could also try CEMU for now and see how BotW would run? I assume you have an 7700k, right?

Witcher 3 4k 60fps is what it's best capable of. Games that don't reach 60fps at ultra 4k are Unity and Dishonored 2. That's it, everything else is fair game

bottlenecking is not a meme, no. People might be tossing it around in ways it doesn't make sense or something but its when you have some higher end parts in there that are being held back by shit tier parts. Like if you had a 1080ti with a first gen i7, the CPU would be a bottleneck for the rest of the system. Or if you had any AMD processor. Or an i7-7700k with a 1080ti and 2GB of RAM in there for some terrible reason, the RAM is now the limiting faction for performance.

The bottleneck will result more to the fact that the card is running on a PCI 2.0 than the old CPU itself.

When I do play once in a blue moon again, I do enjoy some of the crazy 512x packs and shaders. The game starts looking really nice but it also starts to take ridiculous stupid amounts of times to load though. Talkin 10 minute load times depending on other mods.

I used to roll all AMD due to my budget but I got the best they had to offer each time and good video cards and I could never play games well, always maxed the CPU well before anything else. My third build I finally had the money for an i7 and I haven't looked back. My last AMD one was the FX-9350, the stupid 220 watt one that got stupid hot despite liquid cooling due to being a 220 watt cpu.
