Wouldn't that be Smash 4? It basically IS Brawl's roster (except for the exclusions of Snake, Ice Climbers, Wolf, Ivysaur and Squirtle) with more characters.

Brawl is way more of a broken mess than any other game in the series.

Brawl's artstyle did not age well at all. A Nintendo crossover game should be bright and colorful as seen in Smash 4, not grim and overly detailed with desaturated colors.
