Well the thing is that you killed yourself arleady to get a chance to fight yourself who is you from the past (future?), and if you lose that fight you turn into the you you already killed, if you win the fight you turn into the you from the past (future?) you just killed only to kill you, which results in your best friend turning into you.

Also, you are the secret real final boss.
