Just restarted because I wasn't very content with my jobs.

The ones I've decided on are:
Vaan - Shikari/foebreaker
Basch - Knight/Bushi
(maybe) Ashe - Black mage/Red mage
I really want to use the Bushi/monk combo, but I'm not sure who would use it well. Same goes for Uhlan and Time mage. My autism tells me to use every job, but I'm having a hard time figuring out who would be the best for some of them.

If you just want to do some 4x mindless grinding for a few easy levels. Go to the slime switch room in Henne mines and set up some Fira gambits. Quite literally brain dead grinding for decent exp. Can also sell the drops for good cash. Once you rack up a nice sized chain, their health/mp drops will keep you topped off for the most part so you don't have to visit the crystal.

Having a designated tank (high health, shield/pole and light armour) can also help a lot. Generally you'll want to use Monk but you can also run Knight or Shikari. Just make sure you grab decoy from Rabanastre Bazaar, otherwise keeping enmity on a single target is pretty much impossible.

You can open a path to do a loop, you need to exit 2 screens away from a spot to respawn mobs. Only 1 screen to respawn chests. Although running the loop is probably just as long as heading back to the crystal just don't touch the crystal or else you lose your chain. On 4x speed it should go pretty fast.

What I like about this is that the Gambit system only worked because RPG gameplay is literally that shallow and mechanical. If not, then the gambit system would be heavily outclassed by player choice. And it's not just FFXII, there's not a single RPG where combat couldn't be optimised by a few simple scripts.

Well he's not 'hidden' he's the final hunt. It's prolly because Omega was not in Sky Pirate's Den so players wouldn't know about him as easily...or something. Most of the trophies are Sky Pirate's Den stuff.
