Jade Empire was just a gorillion wuxia films rolled into one. There are mmos but that's a toss up considering they're old and probably don't have people playing

If you want chink mythology look at Prince of Qin, plays more like BG than anything and doesn't really feature bare-fist martial arts but you'll get some parts of the setting.
