Play each of the main games in order (skipping the base version for any that there's an Extend version of). If you're on PC, there's four games on there, just play the story of those four in release order.

That'll get you all of the main story.

That's the main plot. There's a lot of supplementary material in side novels, manga etc., too though. If you want EVERYTHING then there's probably a guide for that somewhere, I don't know the specifics.

Not really. The majority of the cast is school age and none of them have notably big tits. The biggest breasted girl in it is probably Ursula/Chariot but she's not huge by any definition. You probably won't play as her either.

There are execution-light characters that will teach you the basics just fine. Who these are in each game varies but generally the main character in your game of choice is a good start.

If it's your very first time playing (or rather, trying to play properly) with fighting games, don't worry about learning combos immediately. First you want to find the character you're comfortable with, get a sense of the basic properties of their moves (for example, how far their projectiles travel/at what speed, how much space a move gives you, etc.). Once you find a character you're comfortable with in this sense, THEN look into learning combos (many games will have bread and butter combos or very basic ones that aren't too hard to perform and will net decent but not outstanding damage, so don't feel the need to learn a 50 move combo immediately.
