I played it on the PS3 so maybe the problems with controls are mitigated by motion controls, but I don't see how anyone could argue against the rest

I rarely ever used fists/kicks and my health almost never went below 80% aside from boss fights.

The height of strategy are the soldiers with smgs who drain your battery if you block.
