I love the exploration in Terraria. The only things that bothered me are the fishing quests, spreading corruption/crimson/hallow in hardmode and seasonal stuff.

It's like minecraft for all the low-functioning autists out there who can't quite figure out the third dimension.

It's a bitch to start since the "first" summon implement is the Slime Staff and that's a huge hassle to get, as well as the Bee Armor being the earliest summoner armor. But once you get the ball rolling they get pretty OP. Allow yourself some alternate equipment until you get started.

If you stack enough regen its impossible to die. Probably a good idea to farm it that way, though I dropped the game once I got what I wanted.
