Thought I'd ask here but anyone else have issues of their eyes hurting after an hour or so of gaming? Tried getting back into DS3 but it's been killing my eyes, oddly enough it doesn't happen in some games like Cities Skylines? The hell is going on, am I going blind?
Don't wear glasses and I have a GTX 980 with consistent frames if that matters.

Try installing f.lux, it's very helpful for reducing eye strain from monitor usage in general. Or buy a $3 pair of computer glasses off Amazon, that works as well (inb4 some faggot tries to imply Gunnar).

ah, so it might be the monitor brightness in general? i'll try that out.

I recommend f.lux mostly because it auto-adjusts brightness based on time of day, and it reduces blue light that tends to strain your eyes. But in general yeah, the brightness is a factor and reducing it a little will help you a lot.

gotcha, thanks anon. should probably have a lamp or something on too while gaming at night I'm assuming, which I don't.
