If you haven't even started the game before, you should be omitted from global achievement statistics. I hate how achievement rarities are skewed by people who don't play games that they own.
For instance, you get this achievement just for starting the fucking game for the first time. It should be 100% globally achieved. There is zero reason why so many people don't have this achievement.

It isn't about having the time.
People who don't play games are making achievements rarer than they really are. I want people who haven't touched a game they bought to be omitted from global achievement statistics so that we can an accurate representation of how rare an achievement is. That's what I'm getting at.
