Yup.

We will never get another Burnout, Rush, Daytona, Hydro Thunder, etc ever again. Raw Thrills seems to be our best bet but they have yet to port over H2Overdrive, not to mention how mediocre the new Cruis'n title was received.

I agree, thanks to all the license whores who's sole goal is to slap as many licensed cars for a racing game we are no longer allowed to have over the top racing locations like Burnout or Cruisin. Just accurate racing sims.

well the issue is everyone know wants to make racing sims and no one wants to make arcade racers anymore. so the games we want which are arcade racers so what you said is figuratively true that we've forgotten how to make fun racing games. because even if realism in some context is good but isn't always fun.
