It's like 5 bucks on disc if you can do find it, it also goes on sale alot.
I bought it at launch so I unlocked all of them except 2 of the dlc characters.
It's a huge improvement from before.
It has plenty of players on console, dunno about pc.

Played a little on Steam but it's well and truly dead
Decided to grab the F2P veriosn on PS4 since I have a free trial of PS+ and heard the game was a little more active there.
I've hardly played any of the online,
I just want to see what its like.
