I know that the Solar Flare was originally Tien's move, but I don't remember him using it outside of the 22nd Budokai Tenkaichi. Krillin's used it in more impactful situations, so it would make sense to associate it with him more. It would add to a zoning/keepaway game that would fit Krillin way more than Tien. On the other hand, I can see Tien being kind of like ABA from Guilty Gear, having to sacrifice health for higher damage output on certain moves.

Why not include MVCI characters too? Dragon Ball has a bad habit of making its rivals JUST themselves. The Boruto manga turned Sasuke into an orge who's no longer the fantasy of every fangirl, and Hinata lost her boobs. Naruto would be good for some laughs, but Arale would be the real guest character. The problem with any "competitive" game is that everyone looks for the optimal load out and then things get stale. My worry for this game is that there is only going to be 2 different "top" tier teams and we will just see 4 of the fighters used every time.

Regardless I am a casual so I will just be playing single player, and prob one or two online matches just to try it out.
