If you look at the sign in the background of his stage, where it's a picture of him for his autobody shop, yeah, he looks okay. His model is kinda gross, especially the face. The alt with the welding mask is a dozen times better.

In terms of playstyle though, absolutely. It's the quintessential Big Body character. I almost regret selling my copy of SFV because he looks so fun.

He looks human, the tire/car theme isn't pushed too fucking far with the damn tire rings so that's all good but it reveals a flaw with his design at its core: he has nothing special going for him. They had to make his aesthetic ugly as sin or else you realize that the only thing setting him apart from the rest of the roster is being a big dude and at that rate there is no reason to not have Hugo fill that roll since he has some ties to the rest of the universe and, despite being an outdated reference, is recognizable from somewhere.
