By not being a total fucking idiot. If you somehow couldn't figure this out on your own, you should have figured it out the first time you walk into the Zora Shop and see a fish for sale. In fact, that's probably why they sold fish to begin with, on the off chance that many players were too retarded to think of catching one themselves.
