There's nothing wrong with "diversity" as a literal interpretation, as in "variety". Variety of games, variety of characters, etc etc. But whenever you see giant corporations go on about "diversity" you know instantly that it's 100% pandering. They see modern trends and they're trying to cash in. It's just another form of marketing. It should not be taken seriously.
