Activision / Blizzard have unlimited funds to promote it, so it's highly unlikely. Also if it did you would never know anyway, this games sales will never be tracked in a way that's out of their control.

It'll probably suck but be hugely successful just like the first one. Except if they learned anything at all maybe it'll suck slightly less

Won't flop but definitely should because it literally just looks like another expansion to the first one. It's still going to have very little content and tons of ridiculous grinding of that content over and over.
