I am stuck, alone in a room for days on end. I want suggestions on games I can play that can be played on my laptop.

Strategy, base builder, rpg, puzzles, those kinds of things.

I would play EU4 but it doesn't run on my pc.

This doesn't fit any of those, but you should ~~pirate~~ crypt of the necrodancer and see if you enjoy it. Plays well on a laptop and once you get into it the gameplay is surprisingly engaging. Plus the music's catchy. Easy way to waste a few days without being bored.

Get your shit together, playing vidya wont help.

I've been there, only way is to get out of that loop is by trying to do something worthwhile and get your mind to focus on that, but for now you gotta start taking care of the problem by its roots, start taking better care of yourself and the place you live in. Go outside, even if its just for a smoke and watching cars pass.
