Eh, depends on who you ask. The new Miasma II is massively buffed compared to the one they had in 3.x. Aetherflow cooldown reduction is guaranteed now so it pretty much has a 45 second cooldown now (plus an extra 15 seconds shaved off with Dissipation), plus various buffs like Excogitation not being ass. That said Adlo is still very expensive and strictly worse than Aspected Benefic and Bane continue to almost not be worth the bother. The changes probably won't really matter in the end, but AST also got a big nerf to balance so that will probably affect healer balance much more than the changes to either SCH or WHM will.

I kinda hate how SCH's gone from being the shield healer to being the ogcd burst healer. Indomitability was a mistake, it just further encourages focusing solely on dps while hitting a button every now and then for healing. Ideally healers should be about maintaining a good balance beteween offensive and defensive/restoration spells but that's apparently not the direction SE wants to go in. Might as well just delete Adlo/Succor and Nocturnal Sect already.

Despite this fact that all three healers hardcast less healing spells than ever before healer dps is now godawful and consists solely of one direct damage spell and one dot (plus one extra if you're a SCH). I want my five dots to maintain back, damnit.

Emergency tactics got a buff but Deployment tactics is still on a long enough cooldown where you don't get a lot of opportunities to use it. Almost everyone that cared cleared it already so you are stuck with all the incompetents that can barely clear normal.
I did a bunch on my alt after we called it a day with V4S and surviving seemed to honestly never be an issue. What fucked it up for me was always DPS issues, wiping to the enrage. They were either completely inept and killed themselves repeatedly or managed to not die but only barely outdamaged the healers.
