Both look really interesting.

Special Beam Cannon is a Lvl 1 that can be charged, which will make it difficult to use. Calling in an assist to distract the opponent will probably be the best strategy, which is exactly how it worked in the series. That alone makes me wish they'd make a base-form Goku clone who had a full-nelson as his assist move.

Krillin looks dope as well. I love that Afterimage is part of his moveset, and him being a weaker guy with awesome attacks is straight out of the series.

I hope this puts to rest the panic over weaker characters not being practical. I want both of these guys on my time. Very nice of devs to put out a stat system to compare characters. Makes me wonder what the stats of the other seven characters are.

The way they tell stories in Super is to focus on one thing at a time and never run concurrent storylines.
