So essentially the Architect is a parallel to Zeus. The Architect is angry with humanity, probably related to Takahashi saying a huge theme of Xenoblade 2 will be the capable abusing the incapable. Pyra's goal is probably to destroy humanity, after being tasked to do so by The Architect (she may or may not know this). Going to Elysium will probably sequence the events that start to kill off mankind, and Pyra will ask Rex to join her and create a better future by fucking her brains out and making tons of babies.
