You're partially correct. It will include a Linux OS but won't be SteamOS. It will allow games to be streamed from PC though.

There will be exclusives for the system but there is no physical software. Everything is on AtariBlock, a PSN-like service.

There will be a main controller but is capable of letting you use your PS4 or XBone controller.

The crowdfunding campaign part is correct. Valve is not involved in development but will launch a Steam application for the platform. It will run games seamlessly in 30fps with some hitting 60fps. The crowdfunding campaign will launch through the ataribox website in October.

Hardware is between Nintendo Switch and PS4 levels. I have hear 6GB of RAM is the goal but may change.

There will be revisions over time.
