Setting and characters look cool and the artstyle is nice, thats enough for me, is it on PC?

Looks like washed out shit like all their games do. Why do they do this? How can you take vibrant and colorful designs and make them look so bland and dry? Just outsource modeling to another company already and spare us the eyesore.
