That's how I got my tank. Went ahead and stole the Hunter from that one race tournament side mission and used that for Vigilante instead, though. I was worried at first because I'm kinda shit at flying helicopters but I was surprised just how easy it could be if you fly out into the countryside where all the criminals will likely just spawn along one highway.

There was a PS3 release in 2015 (download and disc). This was a HD version similar to the mobile versions. The PS4 one is just a PS2 upscaled version. It doesn't look as good.
