If you just want to play the fighting game part of it, then you get Centralfiction.

If you're interested in the entire story, then get Calamity Trigger, Continuum Shift Extend, Chronophantasma Extend, and Centralfiction. CSE has a recap of the True End in CT, but I still recommend playing CT for a bunch of character details and stuff.
