In this 3D representation of a 4D shape, it is essentially just a triangular prism where there is an additional line connecting each corner of the prism to a point in the center of the prism.

Not off-hand. I think practice makes up a lot of it.
If you want criticism, the biggest problems I notice with your latest designs is that the first form's eyes, in addition to barely looking like eyes due to their placement and shape, lack any sort of depth. It looks like they're both centered on the top of his head, rather than on either side of it.
The second form's stance is awkward. The arms in particular seem to just be kind of sticking out in front, not really in a resting position but not doing anything either. If you were going for T-rex-type arms, they should have visible joints so that it looks like he can comfortably rest them at his front. If not, placing them down at his sides might look more natural. His head also seems disproportionately large. His tale has a weird crooked part at the end that doesn't look intentional, just sloppy.
As for the third form, it lacks any depth whatsoever aside from the left one's mouth. It's largely featureless compared to the two previous forms, and it is not clear what the rectangles on its sides are supposed to be. The work on its tail is also very sloppy, its tail thickness varies greatly from its torso to its tip, and the lines making up the tail are not smooth curves but instead sharp curves followed by mostly straight lines, giving it a lumpy appearance.
