Stick with the GEP Gun

GEP gun is the best silent takedown method

Get the GEP gun at the beginning, it can destroy pretty much everything, except specific doors but ammo can't be found until later in the game.
The other two weapons can be found in the first level, you won't get GEP gun until later in the game.
Poison resistance and swimming are useless.

The game is an all-time great but it's from 2000, not that AI is consistently good nowadays but they shouldn't be hard for you to maneuver around. Also thwacking them with a baton/prod in the small of the back is an instant KO on anything non-cyborg.

As for skills and augs, level computers, pistols, and lockpicking to advanced asap. Take augs that help with sneaking like spy drone, power inhibitor, cloak etc

t. just played through on realistic and didnt even need to kill until the later levels

Forgot to mention, do what this guy says>>384296173 and make sure to take the GEP gun at the beginning. You find a mini-crossbow and a baton on a corpse almost immediately after leaving the docks, pepper spray as well near the main entrance to the statue. Upgrading the pistol skill increases the damage your tranqs do, upgrade that and upgrade the tranq itself as much as possible.

You will face stronger enemies later on that are obnoxious if trying to go through the game without killing. Try and baton people as much as possible and save the tranqs and prod chargers if you really want to go full pacifist.

As well as the dragon's tooth, when I got to the point where commandos and suits were everywhere I dropped the prod/baton and just started slashing. I always go no-kills in any game where you can but it just became too much of a chore at the highest difficulty.
