it's not worth any money, but it's worth a try

it has the best character creator (by a MILE), the best fapping mods, the best performance, and arguably the best grafx.

sure the expansions are all shallow and garbage and it still doesn't even have fucking rain, but despite its shortcomings its still probably better than 3.

Hell even KinkyWorld>WickedWhims sicne the former at least gives some autonomy to NPCs, so you can run into them getting sum fuck.

That said, i don't see why you wouldn't give it a shot piracy-wise to see what it is all about.

It's got no content compared to 3 though, but if you're sick of 3's lag then 4 is just basically a shinier version of 2. I think if you're sick of the lag/open world just go back to 2 with every expansion.

It's fun, but it's still in the stage where we have to wait for EA to release their million expansions and for modders to add in things like rape

Once that's the case, I think it will definitely be up there, if not surpassing the other games. TS3 will probably go down as the worst because it runs like shit, but it has a ton of content. Hopefully that same content will make it over to TS4

I like 3 more. It has more content, but 4 runs so much better than 3. You need an SSD or to be prepared for a long load before playing the 3. If you plan downloading 3 only download expansions that you're interested in, and avoid stuff packs entirely. The game shits itself with all the expansions.

They work. I have about 24 animation mods compatible with toddler/children and 4 with both.
Of course I'm also too lazy to completely tune everything in WW so sometimes it will auto-move to the next position and I'll see my daughter forcing me to choke down her imaginary dick. There are more being remade every week too. The incompatible ones will stretch your child out like a monster though, but there's more than enough ready for now.
The bondage room items and restraints work as well. Same with the wooden horse and other humiliation mods

I had fun with 3 for months even with 15 minute loading times.

Sims 3 is the black sheep of the series. Sims mania was a thing and lasted for years, and TS3 just killed it all in one fell swoop.

Open world is a great idea though. It killed me in TS2 to switch between families otherwise I'd have immortal people, not to mention all the townies were permanently immortal unless you added them to your household.
