Xcom enemy within or Xcom 2

Which one should I actually get and why?
I have xbox one and I'm thinking of either getting xcom enemy within or xcom two but seeing how there are dlc being introduced to xcom two and how it is almost 80 dollars I'm leaning towards xcom enemy within.

Is xcom enemy within has issues and other problems the xcom enemy unknown had?

Base game enemy within is more fun and the strategy layer is more complex. The risk of losing in XCOM EW is also greater than in XCOM 2. Which makes it much more engaging. XCOM 2 just gives you too many ways out when you get in trouble so it gets kinda dull.

XCOM 2 has more mods so that does help it out.
